I'm an ARC member, and I participate in a number of the local running events. It's always kind of frustrated me that there is no one website (that I'm aware of) that has a comprehensive listing of all the weekend races within reasonable driving distance (100 miles or less). The RunTex listing comes the closest, but I still have to check several other sites to get a full picture of weekend offerings.
So, I decided to give it a go, and this past weekend I created centexruns.com Please take a moment to visit and let me know what you think. I've never made a website before, so it doesn't have a lot of bells & whistles, but I think I've listed almost all of the events coming up in the next few months. Please let me know if you're aware of any I've missed. I also welcome any comments or suggestions. Thanks! gastropod |
